Thanks Halo!! Yeah brother I think you will be excited when you figure out how to get it on. You will feel a difference and like flat and hawk said it will extend your lifting life.

LOL!!! Yeah Brother I am gonna have a great day next Tuesday, Its max day on squat!! I am going to keep going I want to hit some crazyass numbers. Need a monolift!!!! With the 2 bands today I was at 685 at the top. So I think I can hit some big numbers next week!

speed squats at 405 sounds crazy! oh wait, you guys are all freaking CRAZY!!! :D

great workout and how wonderful that your knees didnt hurt! mine have not been so forgiving lately. ah well, all part of getting old :p

ATW, I was sooooo stoked that my knees were doing awesome. At 315 I was like oh shit I forgot to wrap, but i was was like oh they are cool though. LOl. I think My runs with sheiko really helped out with my strength. We are not getting OLD girl!!!!!!!!

There is a guy that has one in his garage. Just know him through FB and his website. I found his garage gym on Power lifting watch.

If you want to strengthen the ligaments/tendons in your knees and strengthen the overall area try running in a pool.

damn JB that is some heavy squatting for "speed"!!! and some heavy Goodmornings to add to the squats too!

i know what the wraps are for but what do the briefs do for squats?
