Damn brother, I'm away for a minute & you guys go and get all diesel!!!! I'll try and stop in at least once a week to check on the dogs!!:cool:

About time u bring ur ass back flat. Missed ya brother. I think with a mono lift I can hit 650 but hawk says 700 by may.

Yes, yes you will. BTW...you lift in Chucks or Oly lifting shoes. I never did...but I will tell you with wraps, the right shoes and a belt can make world of difference. Not to mention lifting out of a mono. Don't have to worry about walking shit out.

Yeah I have lifting boots now just bought another pair of inzer lifting shoes. Did a video of my 3@ 600 but video sucks!

January 9th

1 hour core training! Got my ass beat from one end to the other end. Been using a trainer for this 1 day a week to work on my core. Balance has improved aswell as stability and flexabillity.

Tomorrow will be day 2 of week 1

You'd think squatting and deadlifting would be all the core training you need. What kind of stuff are you doing?

A Mono Lift is key when your pushing any kind of weight. Not to mention the safety factor. Good to be back, shoot for 700 & use 650 for plan B.

LMAO!! so did I but there is some missing things I guess. Abs, glutes, lower back, and hamstrings. trust me he makes me feel weak as shit. Def helped me out with balance so its all good.

Yeah I know. I did 2 videos the other day one was good and the other I think my buddy had issues in life kept moving around alot. Hows it feel to have only 1 job this week.
