LOL yeah no kidding. The best thing i could of done. Month end is always a pain in the ass but i also have issues that need attention so I woke up a 4 and couldnt go back to sleep.

Like you told me, shake it off. We all have bad days from time to time. Just put it behind you and attack it the next time you're in there.

Damn must be contagious...I have had a shit week. Just ache and feel like shit. Taking a few days off (if not the week). Reload and get after it. You will be fine. Then, figure your gear out and hit a good qualifying total for the Lexen next year. It's supposedly going to be at the Arnold next year (March 2013) in Columbus Ohio. You and Halo figure out that gear and I will meet you there!!!

What's the meaning of LI/HI??? And am I doing to reps up to 1 rep max then 3@ 90%

LI = Low Intensity
HI = High Intensity

On Max Effort days you are correct, you will work up to 1RM & then do 3 @ 90% of your 1RM

Flat, You only suit up on you main lifts above 70%??
