I first discovered cycle for Pennie’s over 20 years ago. Printed it out and read it many times. Shortly after that I discovered intense muscle and soaked it all in. I’ve basically trained DC/PPL for that time frame. I haven’t had a body part split routine in, well, 15-20 yearsThe episode above with Dusty is one of the best i've seen for PO training. He stated everything next to perfect, imo.
It's a great episode if you are into DC training, or any kind of PO training system!
