p.s. if endocrinologist refused this clomifine citrate can i take it as directed in pharmacy? or its not safe either? thank you guys! one trainer in my gym talked to me about this that its much more safer than trt in my age what you guys think about? i dont really want trt at my age as it is not good as i know, so what you opinions about that. sorry for my english!

I don’t want to start trt I am looking new ways to do it?

is

Enclomiphene Citrate and

Clomifiene Citrate same or not?

Enclomiphene is a component of clomifene. Clomid is a mix of stereoisomers, zuclomifene is pro-estrogenic and has a long half life and enclomiphene is the component that stimulates T production and maintains fertility. HRT with T is not unsafe, just depends on the circumstances. Stick with ENCLO better outcome. Do some homework on clinical studies on ENCLO and look at the dosing used in those studies. Still best to work with a doc experienced in this area, but that is often times difficult. Good luck.

I have no idea what country you live in so its hard to give any direction about what to do if you can't get a doctor to prescribe clomid. You may live in a country where you can walk into a pharmacy and get what you want or not?

However, where there's a will there's a way...... this place is good to go and i have use them for maybe 10 years.

The problem is, we have very few real studies on how this stuff is used in males. However in the following studies, 25mg for 3months show improvements.

Here is a recent study to review. The dosing I've found for enclomiphene varies from 12.5 - 50 mg/d. Most common 25 mg/d, clomid usually 50 mg/d. IMO, I would not use clomid now that enclomiphene is available. The increases in T are not dramatic, but they are significant and LH/FSH is also increased vs T that will shut it down.

I was reading a posting by a 65 year old with a base testosterone level of 400ng/dl. After a year of being on Enclomiphene citrate (25mg daily) his testosterone levels are now 950 with no reported side effects.

The responses were pretty varied in the studies, some robust, others not as much. Probably depends on where in the HPTA the problem lies.

Here is something your doctor needs to understand. NUMBERS MEAN VERY LITTLE. Doctors need to remember to treat symptoms and quit treating numbers. These numbers represent highs and lows from a huge group of test subjects under a bell curve nothing more. Unfortunately, INSURANCE decided to recognize a low of <300 as the point they will cover treatments for low androgens. IT DOES NOT MEAN that you are not experiencing low androgen symptoms. In fact, low testosterone levels can mimic symptoms of depression and cause anxiety over time, especially in younger guys. Can this be serious? Evidence suggest that there is an association between low testosterone and suicidal behavior. When young guy have low testosterone it is usually caused by either primary or secondary hypogonadism. You doctor should be able to figure out which is the case and teat the symptoms instead of just replying on numbers.

Here are some of the things that testosterone regulates:
  • Regulating your sex drive
  • Red blood cell production
  • Sperm production
  • Your body’s ability to store and burn fat
  • Regulating your emotions and mood
  • Fertility
  • Mental clarity and focus
  • Maintaining bone strength
  • Energy levels
A doctor that is experienced in the treatment of low androgen levels in males understands that if you are experiencing symptoms, you testosterone level may not be high enough for you as an individual. One guy may not have any symptoms with a 365ng/dl test level another may be a complete wreck at 400ng/dl.

I would suggest you find another doctor one that has a clue how to treat androgen deficiency. I would also want you to understand that if you get on TRT, this is something you will have to do for the rest of your life. I hope you still consider this very carefully before you make any decisions.
Solid input.

I was gonna say the same with the insurance, they can apply all they want but it’s up to the insurance to approve the script request which for all they can do is look at numbers. Had 150 before but needed multiple test before anything could happen.

but being 17yrs s… there is bound to have some sort of underlying condition here that’s not being addressed. Most of us being older, low Test is natural… the way the body works. But at 17, there is some other condition that’s not being addressed which should be pinpointed before only worrying about the test levels as it’s likely a side

i have one more question please, as i was in pharmacy for this clomiphine citrate, and i talked to nurse in pharmacy about this drug for general etc..., i asked him if it causes acne as i have it not too much but... i have dry skin btw.
she said its not causing acne on its own but testosterone can cause acne, but if you have it already (the acne i have like 4years) it will cause little to no acne at all as she said.
is this true guys? thank you!

I don't think there is a clear answer to this, but anytime you are taking anything that impacts hormones there is a risk of acne. Some can run their testosterone well over 5,000 and not experience any acne, others cannot even use TRT without getting acne. Changes in estrogen can also cause acne.

What I have observed a lot, people get acne when they first make a change to their hormone levels. However, once their hormones level out, the acne clears up.

"What I have observed a lot, people get acne when they first make a change to their hormone levels. However, once their hormones level out, the acne clears up." This is common in the trans community as well as some of the women I've trained on pellets from their docs. First few months to a year and then it clears without changing anything, esp if the baseline T is near zero.
