I can't say that there was any one tutorial that helped me design my protocol. I've just been reading... and reading... I tried both the Novolog and gh on their own to see what each compound would feel like and how much I would need/tolerate.
I pin gh preworkout and log post in an attempt to peak them at the same time. From my reading gh peaks in 3 hours and log peaks in 1 hour. I read that the gh with carbs can create an igf1 burst. So basically I'm set up to take advantage of the post workout prime. The rest of the day I rely on indigenous slin/gh. I think most people would pin in the morning.
The dosage for slin is about as much as I can handle. At 10iu I go a bit crosseyed reading posts on the iron den. The dosage for gh... I can't afford much more than this. Besides, at 3iu I'm having side effects.
I ws planning on cruising @ 250 sus/week but I really want to give this protocol a fighting chance. I chose to stay @ 500/week because I know I can grow on that.
The T4.... I'm thinking about removing it. This I added mainly because most people say you should. Supposedly gh has an adverse effect on thyroid but I' not going to be a long term user of gh so, I don't know.
Doc, if you dn't fuk up the dosage, and you always have someone know whats going on, then slin is not gonna kill you.
** But if you venture into the woods without a compass and don't tell anyone where you're going, you may be in trouble.
