Wow, I'm totally amazed by the number of people giving Genetics 0% or a very low %.
It does not matter how hard you train, what your diet looks like or how many drugs you take if you have shit genetics. Look at Greg Kovacs. Don't get me wrong here. I'm not saying you can't improve dramatically on what you are now. All I'm saying is that if you have average to slightly above average genetics all the other factors are a moot point cause you aint gonna be Mr. O. If you don't have the genetics to build a 20" arm you can eat 6,000 cals per day and shoot 4 grams of test in your ass per week and you still are not gonna have a 20" arm. If you don't have the genetics of Arnold or Lee it wont matter what you do or take you wont ever look like them period, end of story.
Sorry if this pops anyone's bubble, but its a fact and just how it is. As for the other factors I'd say the mental aspect is second most important next to genetics. Without your mind in it you wont eat or train correctly.
