One, BB shrugs. Hard and heavy. 405x10 500x10 600x10 700x5 ;)

Besides deads which I do on a different day, I work traps with four exercises. Bent over forward shoulder shrug squeezing up and back, Smith machine turn sideways and shrug with each arm separate, close grip bent over and wide grip leaned back slightly. I will work in the trap machine where you can sit or stand to work different angles sometimes and twice a month or so shrug behind the back for a different angle.

If it's a weak part visually bring into balance by adding more. Do variations - I just saw a book that specialized in shrugs lol. One movement was laying face down on high bench with low incline shrugging dumbells rearward sort of different angle than upright . But deads hit traps plus barbell bent rows hit traps hard too
