20-25 sets a workout, usually including one major muscle group (15-18 sets) and one minor (5-8 sets). Rep range varies by design but 10-12 is my sweet spot.

I never use the same set/rep scheme.Sometimes I will go high rep,low weight while other workouts just the opposite. Some workouts will actually incorporate both.I am a firm believer in never staying with any 1 program for too long.Continued progress imo will only come from always switching things up.

no real goal, just keep lifting :D

one major muscle group, try for 4 exercises, 3-4 sets and reps depends on the day and the muscle worked.

i like to keep things mixed up plus i never am really sure how much time i will have and what equipment will be available so winging it is a good thing :D

Same here. I do anywhere between 1 up to 25 reps and mix it up throughout the rotation.

4x12 on everything whether trying to bulk or cut I use the same amount. IF I am using heavy weights I shoot for max every time. Not really goal driven I just like 4x12 and max.

usually 4 sets per movement. 10-15 reps per set. although its not unusual for the last set to fail around 7-8. Im cutting now, BB more than anything.
