Eat the whole egg. Best protein you can have. Medium egg 6 grams of protein, remove yolk only about 4 and half grams of protein and your tossing all the other nutrients.

back on topic, I use the liquid in shakes, but when I actually eat eggs, it has to be whole. I can't stand the taste/texture of whites alone.
I used to eat/drink 2 dozen whole eggs per day,coupled with the fact I pretty much lived on eggs throughout my divorce proceedings(6 years)..whole eggs nothing but IMO.
