Well it is Sunday my unoffical "cheat day" Not that I eat bad or anything, however I allow myself some simple carb, and a matter of fact just more carbs than normal....Just broken a 16hr fast while remaining carbless for the past 44 hours.
we had
5 slices of french toast(made with oatmeal bread and 4 whole eggs)
this was topped with real maple syrup
about 8oz of honey ham
oh and a corn muffin with promises....
mmmm oh and I added milk to my coffee
