Usually the same thing every morning.

1 cup of egg whites either cooked or mixed with 1 scoop of whey isolate. Then for carbs it's half a cup of cream of rice mixed with two tablespoons of natural cinnamon raisin PB with an extra little box of raisins.

Best pre workout meal ever by the way. And a good post meal as well.
