I do standing alternating hammers on my back/bi day. After I am done with back, its what I look forward in my short and sweet bicep routine. Hammers are great. I feel as though my biceps grow more width wise than peak wise and make solid strength gains. This past week changed from DBs to a hammer BB and I didn't like it as much.
