hope the back is ok...tweaks can be a pain in the ass...rolling my lower back with a tennis ball helps release specific trigger point areas easier than a foam roller for me personally...any reason why you're 1rm'ng every Dead session? ...I can only assume they're either starting to feel lighter or heavier...
Honestly that's just how the guys I've been lifting with do deadlifts. I probably shouldn't have even pulled yesterday as I am still getting over this cold.
Got some SBD knee sleeves in, as well as a titan longhorn belt. Never wore sleeves before, and always used a shit ass hand me down belt (Gold's Gym POS version).
