SBD sleeves...my index finger has been hovering over the "Add to Cart" icon for a while now...my Titans give absolutely nothing, they just keep my knees warm at this point...

I'll let you know what I think. Initial reaction: if you have big calves, get a size bigger than you recommend. I measured my knee at 16" and got the "Normal Fit." It's a lot more like "tight fit" when you have big calves. I am super excited to squat in them on Tuesday. Also can't wait to use the new belt. Solid, solid, solid construction by Titan.

Loved squatting with the new belt. SBD sleeves were awesome. I've never worn any sleeves or wraps, but these things were great.

Had an EKG stress test today, ordered by the doc for a job I'm pursuing. I was labeled as overweight/ obese according to my BMI. Good riddance.

Bruce Protocol treadmill test- 17:24. Tested above average according to the tech. V02 max was estimated at 53-58 which borders above average/ superior. Heart rate and BP checked out well. Everything was a green light. Weight was 250 on the nose this morning. F$ck BMI. I feel labeled. #BigLivesMatter haha

ha...I've always been Overweight/Borderline Obese according to BMI Charts...my optimal weight should be in the 150's....yea, that'll never happen...I can't stress it enough: I...HATE...TO...RUN...but I can still pull off a sub 7 min mile, and recently hit a 15:03 2 mile, without any "training" for it... #F$ckBMI
