Ok here goes today's workouts and just with my diet I don't salt a thing I have some salsa with my fish and I pepper my turkey.

Cardio
58 mins elliptical 825 calories

These are split morning cardio and then I workout anywhere from 1-4 depending on my schedule

Chest

Incline 185
3x12

Decline dumbbell 70
3x10

Flat dumbbell 70
3x12

Incline dumbbell 75
3x12

Cable crossovers 50

Superset with overhead pulls on a flat bench 65

Cable tricep kickbacks 20

My weight this morning was 204.5 I'm down from 225-26 I can feel the strength loss but oh well.

Woke up this morning and weighed 203.5 still losing and then went to the gym and did 1 hour of cardio
Seated bike 15 minutes 120 cals
Elliptical 45 mins 646 cals

Back day today

Wide grip rows
3x12

Hammer strength rows
3x12

Bent over rows
3x12

Pull downs
3x12

Straight arm push downs
3x12

Reverse peck deck
3x12

Seated calves
3x12

Standing with barbell

Donkey

Also did 4 sets of dumbbell curls

Did have my book with me so really don't know all the weights I'm also drinking a gallon and a half of water a day. Tomorrow is a day off no gym period thank God.

I don't envy your cardio or your diet. Keep it up though bud you are doing, and looking, great!

Monday was arm day so I trained bicep and triceps.
Morning started of with 48 minutes 740 cals on the elliptical I was late getting to the gym so I cut it short.

Tricep bench

135x10
185x10 both warm ups
235x10
215 x10

Standing overhead tricep

Tricep push downs

Cable kick backs

I also did reverse dips on a flat bench feet on the ground tried to go slow and squeeze
