Today I went in a just did 35 minutes of cardio. This next 2 weeks I'm really going to concentrate on losing weight and switch up my routine. I weighed 219.8 this morning which is not good but I've been slacking on my diet. Depending where I am in the next2 to3 weeks that will determine if I will do a show.

Sunday I went to the gym and rode the bike for 45 minutes and then walked on the tread for 15. I finished with calves and abs. My hip and my lower back is killing me but I'm going to the chiro so hopefully that will help. I will be updating later
I am 6 weeks out from my first comp. I'm going to try to keep this updated hopefully it will help some people out. I will post some updated pics and then weekly. I'm going to post my diet also and supplements. If anyone has any other questions just ask or comments. In the morning my weight was 206 down from 224.
Here is my diet at least for the next 2 weeks I do cardio early so I eat my first meal a little later
8:00am
1 whole egg & 6 egg whites or 8oz of tilapia I hate eggs so I eat the fish
1/2 cup oatmeal in water
11:00
8oz of tilapia or 7oz of 99% ground turkey
1oz almond butter and any greens I want as much as I want
I try to work out at 1:00pm but can't always do that so these two meals might flip flop
If I work out
2:30pm
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp of fish oil
4:30
7oz of ground Turkey
6oz sweet potato
Greens
7:30
7oz of Turkey or 8oz of tilapia
1oz almond butter
Greens
10-10:30 depending when I go to sleep
2 scoops of whey
I hate chicken and you can eat 6oz chicken breast instead in two the diet will change and I will repost. As of right I'm doing cardio for a hour every morning.
