6 ius gh that's all I can handle dropped the test to cruise 250 a week.

A bit of an update its been a little while since I posted in here. The peck is coming along nicely just have some nagging problems now. I've been back trying to work legs cardio and abs and staying light around my peck and shoulder. I've really tried to tighten my diet up also. This pic I just took its coming along slow but sure. I will be updating this daily here again.

No just since I hurt myself being dumb I took over a week off and I was out of town and I just basically started up a few days ago but the weights and exercises were not anything to write about.
