At least 1 week but you may want to wait 2 weeks depending on how hard it was and how run down you are.

Ya, this! ^^^ You're over 500 for a 1RM....now go get it. As far as the head thing, neutral is desired but just tweaks...no overhaul advice needed. Nice job buddy.
