Quit picking your head up at the start so you don't **** up your neck. Otherwise good set.

I think his head is fine it's in a good position, rather get it position before the lift rather the during.

He isn't looking up he is in a good neutral position IMO.

@PillarofBalance I'm focusing on looking about 4 or 5 feet ahead and down.
Seems when I start my lift my head naturally goes up a little. It appears I pull it higher, quickly)
Feels pretty solid in the pull though.

It's not that bad but the looking down part he is talking about I don't agree with.
Yeah its nit picky but it's not max effort. Head down not so good either.

Ctj try giving yourself a double chin and "pack your neck"

We have seen worse from great pullers lol.

You have a point and seeing a lift at 95% and up is best I like to see both a max and 20 to 30 pounds lighter because it shows a lot it shows if your form is good under heavy load and the max teaches us weakness and form breakdown.
