At least 1 week but you may want to wait 2 weeks depending on how hard it was and how run down you are.

Formed looked good overall.

I think you're training max if off if you thought that was 90% though. Looked pretty easy to me.

As far as the head thing, neutral is desired but just tweaks...no overhaul advice needed. Nice job buddy.
