imo, wrist curls at least 2xs per week, at the end of your workout, and not on a day before lats or traps. 5 sets 10 reps, make them fukers burn bro, hammer curls to even them out, golden bro.

I work my forearms out directly once/twice a week. I started out not working them at all but eventually switched over to working them.
