Throwing an update for my last few workouts. Have battled health and family issues these last 4 weeks but I'm still training at least on Sundays but trying to get in other shit when I can.
Squatted last week worked up to 385 with a buffalo bar for a bunch of triples
Benched yesterday 225 x 5 x 5 and 245 x 2 without a spot and a slick pad, so at least making progress there. Did a bunch of superset stuff because I'm out of shape and I'm losing all my abs. So it's time to change things and start dieting or at least being conscious about what I take in daily. I'm trying to lose 18lbs in 45 days.
Pulled last Wed night, did a bunch of doubles at 405.
Nothing crazy, still trying to figure out some shit health wise...
