I tried intra-workout supplements. I tried AminoFreak, Modern BCAA, and numerous other supplements. Favorite was Modern, but now I just use water with electrolytes and minerals (Gastrolyte). I save carbs, protein, BCAA's for post workout now. It bugs my stomach when I use an intra-workout supplement.
