Holy hell....LOL.
Last night with my personal trainer, we did a chest and biceps workout.
For the bicep movements he has a set of these "fat gripz", and put them on the dumbbells. I used these fat gripz for the following movements:
Standing bicep curls
Standing hammer bicep curls
Seated concentration curls
Oh boy! Did i feel a pump after all these. Also dropped weight a bit so could push them out.
My arms were super sore after all this. whew....they are still store this morning.
He said that Jay Cutler uses them and that they may also be better on the elbows. Not sure on these facts, i haven't fact checked them.
