Just came across " rhino rush "pre workout. They have caps and bottles like 5 hour and a pre workout tub. I like the bottles and am excited to try the pre workout. It's got 25 mg per serving in it

Of not the real stuff though. What you have has ephedrine extract which is mostly useless. Mormon tea.

Ephedra extract is what's in it. Not sure if that makes a difference. I've always done well on ephedra over ephedrine

It was free so other than being bummed it's not a loss

Those dirty supplement cos. strike again. I made the same mistake about 18 months ago. I bought a product called Methyedrene. In the ingredients it says "Ephedra nevadensis powder(leaves) 25mg" A quick google search will show you that the leaves are useless and that the stems contain the alkaloyds. Same plant, different part...

^^ So the products in the link I posted aren't the original ECA stack? I've bought the yellow jackets from there a while back and they seemed just like the original stuff to me. I didn't know there was a difference?

Well did you tell the pharm what you needed? It's not kept on display in the aisles because of theft. You have to ask for it at the counter.

I noticed the products in this link said "extract" and it made me think that wasn't the same thing since I don't recall the old stuff saying extract.

I've used the eca extreme and did fine with it. The rhino rush label says it is leaves as well
