the only time i pair them is im on a push/pull routine, with legs being done on their own. my current as of last week
1-chest, biceps, abs
2-legs(the whole shabang..this is a tough one)
3-delts, tri's. abs, sometimes i will throw traps and perform 1 exercise, but will still hit them bastards on back day.
off thursday
4-back and traps.
