Losing 100 lbs in 2 years is an incredible accomplishment!! Keep up the hard work!!
Thanks BD. I was able to put some good muscle on the past year too. 223 and 16% currently. I used all 3 GLP-1's and TRT. HGH this year. Now one of my favorite cycles from my old days. Hoping to compete next year but I may need some skin remove in my lower stomach. Not as much as I expected though... Just the very bottom

Thanks. The cramping has stopped but I'm pretty sure I pulled something in my neck. Being old sucks. I know I train too hard but I just can't give it up.
"I know I train too hard but I just can't give it up." Chronic pain usually fixes this, and then you realize you can achieve quite a bit with less pain. It is a journey we all have to take though.

Agreed with the electrolytes .Magnesium plays a huge roll as well.
How old are you ? IMO opinion if you train hard six days a week you aren’t training as hard as you think you are

I'm 53yo. Everyone is different. I try to keep it at 90min but too often I go over. I time out 2-3 min rest in between. Have done a lot of the penandpaper programs. Now I'm doing ride the lighting 2 by John Meadows. I lean toward high frequency, high volume training. Usually average around 50k-70k lbs lifted per workout. I keep a journal here although I have done a poor job of it :)

FYI thanks for all the advice guys. I guess I just needed to give the electrolytes a little more time. Cramps seem to be gone although I think I pulled something in my neck.
