Nice work. I prefer hip thrusts over glute bridges, but they still work well.

4th pin in today with tren a. No cough yet but find the pip alot worse than just test. I think I am just injecting too fast as I want to get in as quick as possible if I get the cough.

With that I find mixing 2 compounds on in one pin harder to get correct dose.
I draw 0.3ml tren then try to get it to 0.5ml (0.2ml) with the test. This am I had 0.5ml tren, got rid of some then got as close as I could with test. Do you guys have any tips or tricks with this?

Yep. I use two different barrels. I draw the first compound, say 1 ml, then pull the needle off and pull the stopper down to 3 ml to allow some space for the second compound then set it off to the side. I put the needle on the second barrel, draw what I need from there then just stick the needle down through the top of the first barrel opening and slowly push it into the first barrel. Throw a needle on the first barrel, push out the air and you are ready to go. Perfect measurements of both compounds.

I will have to try that, today pretty sure I got almost a double dose of tren and half dose of test lol...of course a pec pin day too so pretty good pip almost instantly

It is funny how compounds, solvents and carrier oils impact everyone differently. I actually get pretty decent PIP from test cyp, not matter what the solvent ratio, carrier oil or concentration. I get almost no PIP from tren in any form except base. Base sucks!

It is very interesting I use onl cyp for test and in the beginning got virgin muscle pip, now nothing unless I am sloppy with technique. Every single tren pin this week has had pip.
