Going in today to get it looked at. Fingers crossed that its just strained or what not and nothing is torn.

pretty well just lifting really light and still running. Even though injured I can't completely stop lifting. Gotta try and at least maintain the size I have gotten back since being hurt last decemeber.

How did the run treat you ? I decided to stick with the running for cardio health. Gotta try and take care of that heart as much as possible.

Alright getting back to this since my shoulder is finally getting all healed back up.

Spent the last few weeks dieting starting at 236lbs 15.3% body fat down to 233lbs 12.6%.

More updates to come regularly now that I am going to be back at it finally. but unfortunately am weak as **** for my standards.

Especially since I haven't failed at one since that epic fail I did, haha. I did a couple today actually for kids at the dojo.

Alright I need to Be back on this journal.

My strength is pretty well up to par again. Hoping in the next month or so to go for the 500 bench club. I put up my old pr of 485 up twice and about half way through a 3rd rep but couldnt get it. Also would like to hit a mid 600 squat, but thats a long shot goal for now, but still a goal none the less.

I have been running some Clen I was doing for a review and Also some Dnp I ogt a small sample of. So in the past 6 weeks I have dropped some body fat, but managed to maintain a lot of my mass while even still adding some to my legs and arms.

Todays back day going to be concentrating mostly on deadlifts

the body fat measurements here were wrong come to find out, I would say I was more the 16-17%
range, the person I had do it did it wrong.

When I started the clen I was at 239lbs at low 15% body fat. I am now at 231 in the 12%. This was after 2 rounds of 2 weeks on/off of clen starting at 40mcg and going up to and going up 20mcg at a time till I reached 140mcg. I also had 20 250mg DNP, that I took at 250mg for 12 days with 60mcg of clen, then upped it to 500mg for 4 days with 100mcgs of clen. I just finished that up about a week ago. I made sure that the even though it was a body fat caliper test that it was done right by the same person both times.

He'll yeah brother, impressive number. But that run tho! Killed that shit. That's a fast pace for that distance and at your weight. I remember when I could run like the wind after basic a few years ago. I need to get my endurance back on track like that.
