What happened ?

Messing around at the dojo after Nerf wars on friday, we were doing some tricks. I did a couple of backflips and someone wanted to record me doing it, so sure why not...... turned out to be a fail, landed on my face and chest. Shit was beyond hilarous.

Hope you didn't tear your rotator, bud. That video is hilarious. Wish they had caught more. Backflips at 240# = totally awesome!

Tuesday leg day

1 mile warm up run<<<<< Its gotten to the point where its easy to knock off a mile no problem. So I've implemented this as my new warm up.

Leg extensions.
90x15
90x15
130x8
150x8
170x8
180x5

leg curls.
90x15
90x15
130x7

Squat
305x15
395x10
395x10
225x failure <<<<< not really sure why I did this one because I really didnt need to, just seemed right at the time.

395x10 gives u a theoretical squat max of 525,And
A bench max of 445..!!

When you gonna quit fukin around and train for a meet..!?

All depends on how my shoulder is. But really I wouldn't train specifically for a meet. I'd just go with my typically lifting and go for broke, Without the fancy power lifting routines. I've already put up 485 on bench aand 600 for squat in the near recent past, last december was the bench squats were just a few months ago.

Yeah I don't think I'm ever going to quite get there. Damn you have some impressive lifts RedNeck. And running 6.5 miles at over 230lbs. Then running on leg day... You're a beast man.

How did the run treat you ? I decided to stick with the running for cardio health. Gotta try and take care of that heart as much as possible.
