Alright I need to Be back on this journal.
My strength is pretty well up to par again. Hoping in the next month or so to go for the 500 bench club. I put up my old pr of 485 up twice and about half way through a 3rd rep but couldnt get it. Also would like to hit a mid 600 squat, but thats a long shot goal for now, but still a goal none the less.
I have been running some Clen I was doing for a review and Also some Dnp I ogt a small sample of. So in the past 6 weeks I have dropped some body fat, but managed to maintain a lot of my mass while even still adding some to my legs and arms.
Todays back day going to be concentrating mostly on deadlifts
