Post some vids from the meet. I've never been a powerlifter myself but I enjoy watching and now that I know a couple guys from my gym that compete I've been following it more

S - 550/580/600

B - 300/315/325

D - 550/580/600

Worst case: 1475 total

Best case: 1525 total


5.0, you got your plan yet? Or at least your openers???

Neither of you need luck at this point. You only need to rely on your training, programming, and instincts. You are your own worst enemy so tell that little voice in your head that says you can't do it to STFU and come back once the meet is over and you have your totals. Stay injury free and lift some heavy ass weights!

getting it dialed in this week. I'm only planning openers sq/315, bench/225, dl/355. Monday I plan on hitting the 315 squat atg and solid, I will see how deads go that day and have my opener set. TNE/drol will be a added boost come meet day

Pushing Mrs Flex for a 600+ total. Will be dialing in the openers over the next two weeks but I want to see her go 225/130/245

My boys from Hercules Syracuse will have a huge presence at this meet. These are guys I train with that make me look and feel like a weak little girl. Good people though. I wish everybody in attendance good luck and stay safe on the platform
