Looks like I will be getting a walloping carb up Sunday based on current progress.

Heres es how I was after work. 0 carbs for 6 days, 6 meals down and 2.5 gal of water when this was taken

Based on weight in, carb up/junk load is going to happen and be dictated by hunger - i ballparked the meals which will actually have me around 4k cal and 775c Sunday (cereal, bagels, french toast, light syrup, froyo or sorbet, spaghetti etc LOW LOW FAT day).... i did 550 carbs last sat with TONS of fats... 250-300g on the day and base lined weight by wednesday or thurs and had digestion issues working against me (was a 5.5k cal day).

depleted i should be able to take way more carbs w/ low fat & low protein, spill less and then baseline to starting weight as fast, and this will allow me to best judge how many carbs i use on friday for carb up (probably about half ~350g)

Dropped clen due to high bp, adding ephedrine 2x a day, added citrulline 5g intra workout and glutamine 2g pre and post

added miralax laxitive for this weekend/week

cur weight 159.7
last weight 162

Cardio 7x80min 12 min HIIT 2 on 1 off

macros:
carb days are the following:

No carbs last 6 days and utilized the following macros (61 g is only from fiberous carbs - peanut butter, green beans mostly)

125f 268p 61c fiberous only 2,420 cal

current supplements:
100 mcg T3
5mg letro ed
1mg arimidex e3d
500mg masteron prop EW
100mg anadrol
100 mg winny ed
250 TUCDA ed
1.2 g NAC ed
50mg DHT ed

mmmmmm about to have a fresh cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and organic blueberry jelly, and i will chase that withe 3 or four slices of french toast and a bowl of lucky charms

I am carbing up very low fat and low protein with simple carbs as a mechanism to determine how much I can hold before I start to spill and aside from the metabolic boost this refeed will give me it is assisting me in determining the most accurate amount of carbs I will use between next Friday and Saturday to carb up for my contest... Not really for a 'fix' at this point
