I take benefiber, 1 tablespoon in my morning protein drink. It doesn't turn into pudding within seconds like Metamucil does and works just as well if not better.

Up your fluid (water, coconut water,etc) magnesium and fiber intake. I eat tons of raw almonds, walnuts and cashews and that really seems to keep things moving. Also raw honey is good for constipation.

Eating blue berries for breakfast every morning changed my life. I am now capable of pooping a lot each day.

extra Olive oil while cooking and cold raw oats, natural maple syrup with cashew milk are always good to keep things moving.
