well, today was max day on the bench press. as you know, i have done 305# for one but never tried more than that. i tried 310 today. after three warm up sets i did 295. then i tried the 310 and nothing. could not even get it off my chest. i did do 295 again then 275x1, 275x1 and 255x2. i am going to try it again next week but skip one of the warmups and the first 295. any suggestions?

this has nothing to do with my bench press but i now have a new deadlift pr of 460#.

new bench press pr of 310#. finally got it. competition in 33 days. feeling good right now.

did 475# deadlifting yesterday. new pr but does nothing for my bench press.

been stuck on my 310 bench press for 3 weeks now. so after i sqauted today, i did bench press negatives with 335. got 3 slow controlled negatives, hope this helps.

thank you big brother, i have to get 315 at the comp, i dont want to come back here and tell you guys i missed.
