well, today was max day on the bench press. as you know, i have done 305# for one but never tried more than that. i tried 310 today. after three warm up sets i did 295. then i tried the 310 and nothing. could not even get it off my chest. i did do 295 again then 275x1, 275x1 and 255x2. i am going to try it again next week but skip one of the warmups and the first 295. any suggestions?
