Four weeks out from my meet (August 9th), so I have three deadlift, bench, and squat sessions left. My plan is to go heavy for triples this week, four-ples next week, then hit my openers, and shut it down (a deload day on the Tuesday before my meet).
I've had a couple of solid weeks of lifting, and because of that, I'm going to just post the exercises without the weights. The reason is that in case there any potential competitors of mine taking a look at my log, I want to keep them guessing on my what my potential is ... heh. If that makes me paranoid, so be it. I'm hoping to place in the top 15-20% of the lifters.
