One of my cheats is post work out on leg day. Usually a 16 oz KC strip medium rare, cottage cheese, loaded baked potato and salad with ranch dressing.

Damn than I eat a cheat meal almost every day!!! I usually have bbq chicken breasts for my weekly meal preps

For me, it's about weekly fat intake (and carbs/protein), not one meal. You may have a fatty meal
one part of the day but a close to 0 fat meal another part of the day.

One meal for me it too close to observe. I look at cheat weeks, never just one meal.
It's the big picture that counts.

I ate so much yesterday my stomach hurt.

bagel w/ cream cheese, pepper ham, swiss cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach
2 scoops of protein
24oz gatorade
banana
apple
2 PB&J granola things
3 large tortillas
1/2 box of mac n cheese, feta cheese, yellow peppers, carrots, zuchini, 2 meatballs
Sub sandwich with ham, bacon, lamb, sambal sauce, cheese, onions, peppers

I feel like I'm leaving something out but that might've been it.

I give myself a 4-6 hour window every Saturday night for my cheat and eat whatever I want. I usually do a small refeed mid week too. Something simple like a burger and fries or a burrito. I stay around 10% year round while doing this.

There is a BBQ sauce called Guys 1 carb low cal and its awesome if you can find its like a cheat but not bad. If you have BBQ for your cheat sub chicken or lean pork and no cheat with that stuff. But on the other hand I love me some blues hog bbq sauce on some baby backs lol.
