I ate so much yesterday my stomach hurt.
bagel w/ cream cheese, pepper ham, swiss cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach
2 scoops of protein
24oz gatorade
banana
apple
2 PB&J granola things
3 large tortillas
1/2 box of mac n cheese, feta cheese, yellow peppers, carrots, zuchini, 2 meatballs
Sub sandwich with ham, bacon, lamb, sambal sauce, cheese, onions, peppers
I feel like I'm leaving something out but that might've been it.
