Hey guys so my dream was to always dunk a basketball. But The highest I could jump was to just touch the rim. After doing heavy Squats, Deadlifts and Dumbbell/Barbell Lunges I dunked! I believe everyone can dunk if you guys can squat 1.5x times your body weight and mix weight lifting with plyometric exercises.
