Ham/turkey burger, few gb's, straight out to pedal and clear head.

Just finished wave 2 of bully yoga and I feel a noticeable increase in leg strength. @PillarofBalance I'm very impressed with what I've seen happening, thanks much! Windy af here today so i headed out into the wind and I couldn't believe how easy it was to pedal. I watched the trees a few times in disbelief. I stopped at 4.1 miles out in just over 22mins, got back in 12 mins. I just needed to move today, great for anxiety

Got 5 more sets than last wave on DL before dropping weight. The wk off is killing me now, definitely feel beaten up today.

* fukn white out dizzy, like a whip-it minus the wah-wah's. Every set for dl there on out. Pretty scary, first time it happened I thought I was going to fall and nothing I could do to protect myself.

Nicely done, until you decided to huff Reddi-Whip cans in between sets. Keep breathing and hydrated man. No deaths have been reported due to BY yet and you shall not be the first.
