Haha, it was bug light. I found 3 in my fridge yesterday so i only made it thru 15 but there was also jameson and the gpen. Ill get em all down next try :)

You're definitely getting stronger and my press blows big dick too. Welcome to the club

Congrats on the PR!!!

As for fsq...I'm an oly lifter at heart for some shit like BI. I have my feet much closer for these to better tax rack position and quads. POB can comment on where he wants those bad boys. NOT at all bad!!!!!!

Dont get me wrong im a huge craft/microbrew ipa fan but in 90 degree weather on the lake i need steady fluids, 15 ipa's wulda had me overvoard! It was a quantity over quality decision :)

Herm - fantastic brewpub rite around the corner, come thru in oct and we'll hit it up after a day of catching lakers...... i need to redeem myself

Front squat - you looked like you are trying to use your power squat form for it. Doesn't translate well. You did a good job of staying upright. But you definitely need a more narrow stance. Come down slow. As you come down keep opening up the hips and pushing the knees out. Let yourself sink straight down. Knees should track out over the toes. Pop back up.
