Did some safety bar box squats out of the lift today. My A/C joint is hurting like a mofo for some reason. Didn't go to heavy

bar+2 45's 25 x somewhere between 5 and 12 I don't really count safety bar squats sorry guys

I don't know what the sled weighs at the gym so I just did
4x 100 pound plates x alot
4x 400 pound plates +4 x 45 pound plates(Got tired of picking up 100 pound plates) x lost count

Well my main goal today was just to get in the gym and get alot of high rep sets for my legs because I always do heavy singles and dynamic doubles. I'm going to reap a huge benefit from this I had a disgusting pump after I left the gym and all glute/ham activation from the squats felt excellent. Tomorrow I'm going to do some reps on the bench. I will start varying the squats up throughout the coming weeks and then I will go back to adding heavy doubles and some speed work here and there. right now I am going to forgo chasing an 1800 pound total and just try to get a 500 pound bench in the upcoming meet this october. Most of my deadlift/squat work will be for reps. I am ready to hit it full force again so I will be increasing the volume.

Sick pump really liking this volume training, I get so jacked doing this. Next bench day we are going to be looking at straight speed work. Still chugging a gallon of milk, I am finally done pissing blood I think. So wish me well guys. I'm just going to cruise on 600 mg test/week If anybody knows any secrets that will take my bench from 400 to 500 before october please speak up.

How long do you normally give yourself to get ready?

As of right now I am only going to bench and I'd like to hit 500 raw with ease by them. Right now I can hit 405-410 for a single. I'm only going to hit reps of squat and deadlift, by then I guestimate I will be in the 275-308 weight class.

This was a sick squat day, got alot of volume, back hurt a little with the safety squat bar so I swapped bars and went super light. I got my goal weight of 335x5 so I'm cool with that I'm trying to work slowly back up to a 405x5 box squat. After that I will go beyond that. My LPH, core, and legs(full complex glutes/hams/quads) are really getting some serious hurt this way it's great. I'm not pee pee'ing blood any more Getting ready to inject 300 MG test E today for my cruise job I am doing. 600 mg/week test. Looking jacked again, eating way better, and I'm getting alot of hydration.
On a side note I'm having alot of stress due to spiritual reasons, If anybody has a strong faith about a belief I've got a huge amount of questions. Please feel free to pm me and hopefully liberate my mind so I can concentrate on reaching a 500 lb bench.

dropped to 295 went super close did 8 reps off of a 3 board discovered it was my tris that were blown out.

Overall I think this was a great workout, my best PR on 315 is 8 reps I am 3 reps away from being back there. I know that I have a long way to go but it is OK, I am slowly plugging away I am going to try and drop next bench day down to 260 and do five sets of 8 reps. hopefully I will reap some benefit there. I'm really excited to try and get my bench press up some more I hope I am headed in the right direction if ANYBODY has any advice please help.
