This was a sick squat day, got alot of volume, back hurt a little with the safety squat bar so I swapped bars and went super light. I got my goal weight of 335x5 so I'm cool with that I'm trying to work slowly back up to a 405x5 box squat. After that I will go beyond that. My LPH, core, and legs(full complex glutes/hams/quads) are really getting some serious hurt this way it's great. I'm not pee pee'ing blood any more Getting ready to inject 300 MG test E today for my cruise job I am doing. 600 mg/week test. Looking jacked again, eating way better, and I'm getting alot of hydration.
On a side note I'm having alot of stress due to spiritual reasons, If anybody has a strong faith about a belief I've got a huge amount of questions. Please feel free to pm me and hopefully liberate my mind so I can concentrate on reaching a 500 lb bench.
