225x12 straight weight. I feel like I get much better glute activation on this excersise. I mustve been flopping around when I was trying to go heavy before. I'm gonna work and see how this does bringing up my raw squat. 225 felt so light and easy after this. Usually feels like a sack of bricks. Almost passed out on 12th rep. I was surprised I was able to pull through and get it.

All in all I think Reverse band squatting is gonna be the cats ass for a while I felt like I had more in the tank, got excellent muscle activation, and blasted through my sticking point which is in the middle of the squat. Don't know what the carry over at the bottom was. I'm guessing around 95 pounds because the first set going down, right at the bottom I felt like I had to take the bar with me the last few inches. Anyhoos great workout.
