Bitch work today.

No legs under me for whatever reason.

295x3 did feel heavy just felt strange knee was tweaked. Core felt like i had nothing for stabilization.
275x4 same thing, just couldn't shake the bitchness.

Moved on to deads.
I've always been a back deadlifter never had any issues... Today was no different except I had absolutely zero leg drive. Not jack shit oh and my forearms were completely smashed from benching. Yeah real fucking fun.

Sqwatz, 225x8 9 10 I dont fucking know lost count somewhere. These felt strangely light but my left quad was absolutely toast I could feel it breaking down.

"felt".... that's a mistake. Your muscle mass doesn't change from day to day, your mindset does. If you are failing at a specific movement, then change movements. The speed work may have exhausted your glycogen and resulted in shaky presses...so swap to flies. Don't call it because you "feel" shitty. Make that machine work! Stay at it brother!

Enough work to get the blood moving. Pretty light workout over all. Pec might be aggrivated today. Calorie deficit starting to affect strength.
