Not exactly. I use low reps for the compound lifts (deads,squats, overhead press) and for all the other movements bb style. 6-10 reps mostly.
I did see some strength gains in lower body movements (squat, leg press and deadlifts) but not something I haven't achieved before and off cycle.

I'd look into 531, personally. It's actually my go to programs even as a bodybuilder. Perhaps you need to add in some strength progression to get the ball rolling.

No point starting a strength programm during cycle. Strength is supposed to go up anyway while on... (supposed, well...)


Yesterdays training was awsome! Squats are up 15kg but I ve yet to reach my PRs.

Squat
8*90kg, 3/3/2*100kg
10/8*80kg

leg press
10/10/10/8/8*200kg

standing glute r.kick
15/13*100kg
10*100+5kg

curls

Calves

1 x tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 x tsp manuka honey, squeeze half a lemon and mix into a cup of warm (not hot) water. Drink this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, every morning.

Heartburn will be gone within 24-48hrs, also a great little tonic for optimising digestion as well as helping keep the body in an alkaline state.


I tried your recipe for 2 days but didn t seem to work so much. Heartburns are still there..even if I dont take my dose actually... :(

I use a heartburn med ... Some form of potassium capsul from the pharma that works rally well. I have to take it about once a week. I will Check the exact name later

I'm lucky I never have heartburn. Try a spoonfull of peanut butter. If that doesn't work try something straight acidic like pickle juice.

Hmmmm.. maybe there is a delayed effect of that lemon-vinegar solution. No heartburn for today.

DAY 18.
So well.. Except squats and a mild bodyrecomp (which is actually visible only to me) there is no major difference.
I m THAT close to actually increasing the dose up to 20mg (EOD) but it sounds ridiculously high.
No upper body strength,pump,definition, vascularity or anything....what the heck???

Obviously sides are still zero, no need to mention that I guess...

If you haven't gotten back pumps yet... iit's severely underdosed. Or it ain't superdrol Broom. At least your heart burn has subsided.:danceparty:

what's the point to underdose or counterfeit something that s legallly sold and branded? This brand has some good rep around the market....dunno guys.
Its either underdosed or its not as strong as the hype want it to be. Or it's just me....

I never ever get back pumps from SD even at 30mg/day. I'm sorry, but that is a stupid thing to say.

I didn;t get back pumps from epi at 20mg/day either. That's not a measure of effectiveness
