1 x tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 x tsp manuka honey, squeeze half a lemon and mix into a cup of warm (not hot) water. Drink this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, every morning.
Heartburn will be gone within 24-48hrs, also a great little tonic for optimising digestion as well as helping keep the body in an alkaline state.
