I've always believed that you can't stuff all the food you can eat down your pie hole for all of your life in an attempt to get bigger and bigger....etc without having issues eventually weather it be health or high bf. Cycling calories up and down works best for me. At some point your health has to take priority over constant feeding.
I guess that's why I've never been huge haha. You have to throw caution to the wind and pound calories as a hard gainer like myself. I've settled for more of an athletic build because eating non stop just doesn't work for me. Something tells me the dude in the video is rethinking eating massive amounts of meat ...
