Wow....look great man!

Question: Where do you feel better?

I know I always feel better when I drop weight (except in strength)...but other then that, day in, day out, I feel 100 times better leaner and lighter.

Are you still planning on a show? If so, how far out? If not (or if far out), I would keep building mass at your current bodyfat.

Well that's the thing, there is a show in seven weeks. So the reason for dropping below 198 would be to make it into the light heavyweight class (176-198). Right now I would be in the heavyweight (198-225) class. Definitely do not want to go superheavy (over 225).

On the other hand, they may not have enough competitiors in the Novice and Master's over 50 to run that many weight classes anyway, so I suppose it doesnt make a lot of sense to base what I do around that.....

Thanks for your counsel brother. Appreciate it.

I would def stay there! You're a beast.

Wow, that's amazing progress! You're looking excellent. I'm curious what type of diet you ran these past four months to make such excellent progress.

.

yep.

think i'd grow the goatee back. kinda goes with the physique. attitude.

Thanks brothers for the kind words and good counsel. Tommy, the diet was basically just gradually cutting back on the fats and carbs as needed to keep the weight loss at 1-2 pounds per week. I lost the first 20 lbs essentially by no longer stuffing myself six times a day, which I had been doing while bulking, so the first phase of the diet was just a gradual return to eating normally six times a day, lol. Later, of course, it got more difficult. I did not carb cycle or any fancy stuff, but I did watch what I ate very closely, to make sure the goal was met each week.
