look good like you are, bg. nice set of bat wings sprouting, too. arms are sic.
don't see where you have a legit complaint, but I DO understand a change in goals.
I will say this much - I started out at 170 lbs. had a hell of a time breaking 200. eventually got to 220-225 lbs and was really swole. problem was, the weight just didn't feel good. not at all. I guess it looked good enough, but I was uncomfortable with it. so, I dropped back down to 205-210 and felt so much better. so im not really trying to grow anymore, just keep what I got and improve definition. im fine where im at and, given what the typical 45 year old looks like, im a beast. got no complaints from the women I date, either.
of course I don't compete or anything. its a personal thing with me...and, no matter what, you are always suckered into the 'boat' syndrome - always wanting something bigger and better. so, I still do grow cycles simple because I like it. it still amazes me after all these years that I can make my body do that. but, I let the new mass slowly slide off and slip into the old maintenance routine.
for me, personally, it has always been a matter of aesthetics - what do you want to look like, really.
and to me, you look awesome in the 215-220 pics. dude, id stay there, but then, don't know what your motivating goals are.
either way - great job, gun man. you do fitness proud, brother.
