best type of meat to eat

They have them in the grocery usually, expensive and does not taste that good. Very easy to over cook it. I find duck to be very fatty, not lean. Rabbit and squirrel are about the same, both lean, both taste about the same in a nice stew.

POB keeps telling me about this Tube Steak he is eating daily, not sure what is up with that.....

you have to go to rainbow district to find that i think

i got alot of research to do cause as pob said its how u wanna inc it into daily diet due to time i use slow cooker alot hence with deer being available it was easiest but getting the diet in check not alway the easiest way but more so to fit my training and body needs

Chicken, Tuna, Lean beef and occasionaly pork fillet, lamb, goat and rabbit.

have a guy who raises goats down the road he tried to trade me one for firewood last year till i told him i was gonna eat it lol.check into goat as the local butch carries it too

lol, yea she did, i didn't even notice.
But all serious, I have friends that raise cattle and the whole organic meat thing is pretty much bs. Sams club really does have good cuts tho

Im big on ostrich meat, but its so freaking expensive.. $20+ pound.. I usually just eat it during the summer when I diet.. Have to change up from all the chicken and turkey..

there is a bison farm near me im gonna check and see prices.20 a pound for ostrich wow sorry i love my diet but damn.

$20 bucks a lb?! Damn Im, you must be rollin in cash. I'm hatin put out $7 a lb for steaks, chicken breasts @$2 a lb

no doubt i cut 30 pounds of deer tenderloin and thought i was the man.that ostrich must lay golden eggs.damn now i feel poor.
