best type of meat to eat

ok so i eat alot of deer meat but outside of resoures like michis ladder and other basic crap does anyone have a write up showing best meats to consume for our lifestyle.lookin for the facts or a study.any help would be appriciated.
also lets make this a chime in thread list what you eat and why
mine deer meat -healthy and abundant we can take 6 per person locally

The leaner the better, I used to mix turkey with hamburger so I wouldn't get all the fat. WILD game is good, deer meat is one of the best.
